Richard and Sabrina got married at the Holy Trinity church in Matfen village, followed by a lively reception at Matfen Hall. You may recognise this pair from their Love story shoot, at Druridge bay last year, (if you missed it- see it here!)I knew then that these two would be a whole lot of fun to work with! But back to their big day…
It was written all over Richard & Sabrina’s faces throughout the day just how happy they are- just look at those smiles!! :D
There were so many lovely details all over this wedding, the pair had a custom stamp made with their initials and this beautiful motif featured throughout the decor. And I must mention the gorgeous flowers provided by Sue Shone at the Cosmic flower shop– they were stunning!! I’m asked often by brides who are turing to find a florist who will create the natural and a little wild looking bouquets, button holes and table settings- and Sue is the lady to see for this- she gets the balance just perfect!
Everyone involved in this wedding was so lovely and warm and welcoming- not only did everyone appear to have their own special role in the wedding, (Sabrina’s Grandad even had the privilege of driving his Granddaughter to the ceremony in his beautiful vintage car) and the two families came together and did exactly what you should do in a wedding day- they celebrated, with a lot of enthusiasm I might add! A special mention must be made for the boys, (Sabrina’s Dad included) for some of the most hilarious and lively speeches I’ve ever witnessed!
Anyway, as usual I’m waffling, take a peek at Richard and Sabrina’s beautiful day at Matfen. And Thank you again guys for giving me the pleasure of capturing it- Your wedding was absolutely a day to remember!
